Payment

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged as applicable.  We can forward a tax-exempt form as needed.

Shipping

No hidden fees and no handling charges.  Purchaser pays shipping and insurance at actual cost.  If special packaging (i.e.: custom crates) is involved, fees will be charged at actual cost.  We usually ship via U.S. Postal Priority Mail or UPS.  We gladly consider alternate carriers per customer request.  As we actively travel, we sometimes by mutual agreement arrange for delivery or customer pick-up.  Please phone 724-865-2575 or email bfa@zbzoom.net  for more details.

 Damage

We always recommend shipping insurance.  In the rare instance damage occurs during shipping, we will assist in any way possible to help all parties resolve the issue fairly and quickly.

Return Policy

All items are guaranteed as represented.  We always try to address any questions prior to purchase.  In the event a return is necessary, we request that you contact us upon receipt of the item to request return instructions.  Upon receipt of the item in the same condition as it was shipped, we will issue a quick refund.  We try hard to provide accurate descriptions and refund when the item is materially different than described. If we make an error, we reimburse the purchase cost plus shipping and insurance BOTH ways.

Prior Sale

All merchandise on this web page is subject to prior sale.  Upon commitment to purchase, we will confirm availability and hold the item for fourteen days awaiting payment.
